Whether behind the mixing desk, on stage, in booking, or organising your very first event:
The music industry demands a lot from us. We often face challenges for which there is no manual – be it dealing with pressure, finding our own role, or navigating complex team structures.
I invite you to join us for a space of shared reflection and fresh inspiration.
In this 3-hour workshop, we’ll use the Reflecting Teams method. We’ll take the time to explore a specific issue raised by the group in depth. The group acts as a sounding board: through listening and reflection, new perspectives emerge that broaden your scope for action – whether you’re currently planning a major festival, working in a collective, or launching your first project.
What we do:
Methodological introduction: A brief introduction to systemic perspectives (how we can understand and change dynamics and entrenched roles).
Deep Dive: We work together on a selected situation from your own practice (approx. 90 mins).
Transfer: We apply the insights to your own everyday life – what can I learn from this for my work and my structures?
The setting: A safe space for FLINTA* individuals from all areas of music. We work confidentially, on an equal footing, and with a focus on whatever is currently standing in your way.
