Whether behind the mixing desk, on stage, handling bookings or organising your very first event:
The music industry demands a lot from us. We often face challenges for which there is no manual – whether it’s dealing with pressure, finding our own role, or navigating complex team structures.
I invite you to join me in a space for shared reflection and fresh inspiration.
In this three-hour workshop, we’ll be using the Reflecting Team method. We’ll take the time to explore a specific issue raised by the group in depth. The group acts as a sounding board: through listening and reflection, new perspectives emerge that broaden your scope for action – whether you’re planning a major festival, working in a collective, or launching your first project.
What we do:
What we do:
- Methodological insight: A brief introduction to systemic perspectives (how we can understand and change dynamics and entrenched roles).
- Deep Dive: Wir bearbeiten gemeinsam eine ausgewählte Situation aus eurer Praxis (ca. 90 Min.).
- Application: We apply what we’ve learnt to our own daily lives – what can I take away from this for my work and my processes?
The setting: A safe space for FLINTA* individuals from all areas of the music industry. We work in confidence, as equals, and with a focus on whatever is currently holding you back.
