Silvie Torneden

I joined the Frauenmusikzentrum (f*mz) at the beginning of August 2021, following in the footsteps of Anne Koenen, the previous managing director.

I’ve been a member of f*mz for quite some time and play bass and guitar. My current permanent band project is the punk rock band @bullshitboy.band, where I play bass. I’ve also used the f*mz rooms for other band projects and DJ’d at f*mz events.

In addition to my part-time job in the healthcare sector as an intensive care nurse, I have been working in the cultural sector for years at various levels as a DJ, musician, event organizer and filmmaker. I have also completed a degree in cultural management.
