The FLINTA* Jazz Jam Session is a wonderful addition to our FEM* JAM Session.
\nOur aim is to further encourage, inspire and connect musicians through their music.
\nThe session is set to take place every two months right here at the f*mz, featuring jazz and groove.
\nFor anyone who needs a little extra support to get started, Doro Offermann will be running a mini-workshop in each of the months in between. On the evenings of the sessions, there\u2019ll be a short warm-up an hour before the session begins.<\/p>\n
The first two events:
\nWorkshop: 21 June 2026 from 5 pm at the f*mz (please register in advance)
\nJam session: 12 July 2026 from 7 pm at the f*mz (please register in advance)
\nWarm-up for 12 July 2026 from 6 pm

\nThere will be a rhythm section\/opener band, which will also step in if individual roles aren\u2019t filled by participants during the session or workshop. Otherwise, vacant roles will be filled using backing tracks.<\/p>\n
The workshops and the session stage are open to all FLINTA people, not just f*mz members.
\nAll genders are welcome in the audience for the sessions.<\/p>\n
