This workshop is for anyone interested in screaming, growling, and being loud.<\/h1>\n

Whether you’re simply curious about your screaming voice,
\nwant to use screaming in a musical context,
\nor want to learn about screaming as a way to
\naccess your emotions, process things, and let go,
\nScream Your Heart Out is the right place for you.<\/h2>\n

We will:
\n\u2013 Do warm-up exercises
\n\u2013 Connect with our bodies and personal resources
\n\u2013 Learn ways in which our bodies can support our voices
\n\u2013 Try out different screaming\/growling techniques<\/p>\n

\u2013 Look at which parts of the body are involved in screaming and
\nhow they create \u201cdistortion\u201d
\n\u2013 Experience what it feels like to scream in a group
\n\u2013 Do cool-down exercises<\/p>\n

You don’t need any prior knowledge, a particularly loud voice, or any other special skills for the workshop. At no point will you have to sing or scream alone in front of others. We will do all exercises as a group.<\/p>\n
