Screaming, making music and being in community are some of my favorite tools for mental health.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Beginners Workshop am 14.02.26:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Whether you are simply curious about your screaming voice,
\nyou want to use screaming in a musical context,
\nor you want to get to know screaming as a possibility,
\nto find access to your emotions, to process things and to let go
\nScream your heart out is the right place for you.<\/p>\n

We will:
\n– do warm-up exercises
\n– connect with our bodies and personal resources
\n– learn ways in which our body can support our voice
\n– try out different screaming\/growling techniques<\/p>\n

– look at which parts of the body are involved in crying and
\nhow they create \u201cdistortion
\n– experience what it feels like to scream in community
\n– do cooldown exercises<\/p>\n

You don’t need any previous knowledge for the workshop, no particularly
\nloud voice or any other special skills. You do not have to
\nsing or shout alone in front of others. We will do all the
\nexercises as a group. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Fortgeschrittenen Workshop am 15.02.26:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Scream your heart out \u2013 Screaming-Workshop f\u00fcr Fortgeschrittene<\/p>\n

This workshop is for anyone who has already attended the screaming workshop for beginners or has basic knowledge of screaming. We will warm up together, experiment with different screaming techniques and learn how to change our screams using mouth shape and pitch. Then we will write our own short lyrics, scream to music using microphones and PA systems, and write a song together with lots of different screaming parts. <\/p>\n
