DESCRIPTION:The workshop offers 10-20 FLINTA* people space and time for encounters with themselves and others\, for community building in a low-threshold way\, for dealing with the topic of raising one’s voice\, perceiving one’s own vibration in space\, learning breathing techniques\, being together without communication pressure\, trying out teamwork and cooperation\, non-verbal communication\, non-competitive singing\, showing oneself\, being open and being absorbed in the community.\nThe aim is to create an ongoing group: further rehearsals are planned at f*mz.\nPrevious knowledge is not necessary.\n  \nRegistration under: info@frauenmusikzentrum.de \n\nLecturers: \nAfra Bobo \n
