For rhythm women* who are in the mood for new rhythms, breaks and arrangements: from West African to funky moments.
There’s now a long, groovy afternoon for all FLINTA* who fancy rhythm, drumming and body percussion!
From samba elements to West African or funky influences: we play with different rhythms, layer them on top of each other, experiment with them and let them carry us, take the rhythm into our bodies as vocussion and body percussion – or play polyphonic rhythms in small arrangements.
Previous knowledge: there’s a lot possible! from “nothing” to “quite a lot”. Because we will be playing in several voices, there is something for different levels.
Bring your instruments if you have them.
