Hello, I’m Andrzej (they/them).
Screaming is one of my favorite vocal techniques. I like the raw sound and the feeling when my voice makes my body vibrate.
For me, screaming is much more than just a singing technique. Screaming helps me to feel my body, express feelings, process experiences, take space, stand up for myself and for others. Screaming allows me to connect with my strength and my vulnerability at the same time.
Screaming, making music and being in community are some of my favorite mental health tools.
