Hip Hop & Rap Workshop
Lecture: LIZZN
From: Montag bis Samstag 28.07. – 02.08.25 (Mo – Sa 10-16 Uhr)

In this workshop, young participants creatively explore rap, songwriting and beatboxing – two forms of expression in hip hop culture that not only promote artistic talent, but also self-confidence, language and identity.
In addition to teaching techniques such as rhyming, lyrics and beatboxing basics, the focus is on self-expression, mutual respect and empowerment. The girls* and FLINTA* participants write their own texts, perform in front of the group and thus develop self-confidence, expressiveness and stage presence.
Digital tools and platforms support the creative process and make the workshop interactive and media-competent. We pay attention to inclusive, gender- and diversity-sensitive approaches in order to give space to all voices.
Hip hop as a bridge for exchange and togetherness – artistically, socially and civically.

Empowering girls* and FLINTA people through music: DJing & music production for 12-18-year-olds
Our project is aimed at girls* aged 12 to 18 who want to immerse themselves in the world of DJing and music production – in a creative, practical and empowering way.
Over a period of 5 days, the participants not only learn the technical basics (mixing, beatmatching, music production with tools such as Serato or GarageBand), but also develop self-confidence, stage presence and creative expression.
Through workshops, challenges and first performances in cooperation with local organisers, the girls receive valuable impulses – for their musical, personal and social development.
A project that develops potential, broadens horizons and creates community.
