Registration conditions

How do I register? To register, please transfer at least €20 by 13.07.2015, then €30. The rest can be paid on site in cash or by bank transfer. If you cancel by 20.07.2025, 15€ will be refunded. In case of (last-minute) cancellation, it is possible to give the place to someone else.

Group bookings of three or more people receive a 10% discount.

Beispiel: Normalpreis-Teilnehmer, die vor dem 06.07.2025 eine Gruppe von drei Personen anmelden bezahlen 72,90€ pro Person anstatt 90€.

The same case for discount price participants would be 64.80 per person instead of 81€.

First name, last name and cell phone number should also be provided when registering.

Disclaimer:

If it is not desired to appear on video and photo material, this must be expressly communicated in advance by email.

Darbuka:

If you do not have your own darbuka, please let us know when you register. It is possible to borrow a darbuka and also to buy one beforehand or on site (please state your preference, please communicate model wishes for purchase in good time, prices from 80-120€ depending on model).
